By accessing and using the World Entertainment Awards (WEAs) website, located at www.wea.earth, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the WEAs website. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the WEAs website.

Submissions

​

The submitter, whether self-submitted or third party, signed name, verifies information to be a true and accurate information concerning the submission, nominee, and/or winner, and the submitter’s creation and/or submission. Cut The Bull Enterprise reserves the right to verify any and all information submitted with the entry. If information cannot be verified, the nomination may be disqualified. Information found to be falsified
will be disqualified and possibly referred to the appropriate authorities for evaluation of possible ethical violations.

The final decision of the World Entertainment Awards, including, without limitation, the selection and the selection process of the nominees and winners, shall be final and not subject to any review.  Submitters, nominees, finalists and/or winners shall not make any disparaging or damaging remarks whatsoever concerning or about the World Entertainment Awards, its principals, members, owner or officers, including Cut The Bull Enterprise, and/or the decisions made by any of them of the selection process of the nominees and award winners.

Use of Website

 

The WEAs website is for your personal and non-commercial use. You may not use the WEAs website or its content for any commercial purpose. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the WEAs website.

The WEAs website contains content that is owned or licensed by Cut The Bull Enterprise, located at 14500 Roscoe Blvd, 4th Floor, Panorama City, CA USA, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio and video clips, digital downloads, and data compilations (collectively, “Content”). The Content is protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not use any Content without the express written consent of Cut The Bull Enterprise.

 

User Submissions

 

The WEAs website may allow you to submit, upload, publish, or otherwise make available content, including but not limited to text, photographs, videos, and audio (collectively, “User Submissions”). You retain all rights in and to your User Submissions. By making any User Submission, you grant Cut The Bull Enterprise a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based on, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise exploit your User Submissions in all media formats and channels now known or hereafter devised (including on the WEAs website and third-party sites and platforms), without compensation to you. You represent and warrant that: (i) you either are the sole and exclusive owner of all User Submissions or you have all rights, licenses, consents, releases, and permissions necessary to grant the rights granted in these Terms; (ii) your User Submissions do not infringe, misappropriate or violate a third party’s patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, moral rights, or other proprietary or intellectual property rights, or rights of publicity or privacy; and (iii) your User Submissions do not violate any law, regulation, or rule.
